Rachel Navejar Phillips

Rachel Navejar Phillips serves as the Manager of Business Development for The Rios Group, Inc. In this role Rachel is responsible for developing information for proposals and scopes of work, establishing client relationships, managing and executing trade conferences and assisting with the execution of marketing activities to increase brand recognition.
