In general, the scope of work involves designating and locating utilities parallel to and crossing the alignment of a proposed City of Beaumont 42-inch diameter water line within the ROW of the following streets in Beaumont, Texas:

• Along Maple Ave. from West of MLK to Linson Street (approximately 1,000 LF);
• Along Pine St. from the Water Treatment Facility to Marina St. (approximately 1,600 LF).

TRG expects to encounter water, sanitary sewer, gas, and telecommunications lines within the street work limits and water, wastewater, electric, communication and gas within the treatment plant TRG has assumed that designating sanitary sewer lines is not included in our scope of work and that FNI will arrange to have their surveyor collect all pipe invert, size, and material information as part of the topographic survey. We have included 14 test holes in the scope of work.

TRG has assumed that FNI’s surveyor will perform surveying required to tie the SUE data and that said surveyor will also prepare the required utility deliverables.
