The Rios Group (TRG) provided Quality Level “B” and “C/D” SUE services for the Denton Creek Pressure System (DCPS) Force Main and Lift Station Improvements, a Trinity River Authority (TRA) project, in Westlake, Texas. The DCPS Force Main is located along State Highway 114 and flows from Kirkwood Lift Station to the Denton Creek Regional Wastewater System treatment plant. A challenge on this project was navigating and mapping the water and sewer facilities in the field since multiple municipalities all have facilities within this project corridor. TRG team members were able to closely coordinate with the utility owners to gather accurate as built records to ensure the success of this project, for the prime firm. TRG was able to designate 51,500 LF of QL “B” and provided over 27,000 LF of QL “C/D” SUE data.
