The Rios Group, Inc. (TRG) performed QL “B” and QL “A” SUE services for this San Antonio Water System project to replace approx. 19,000 LF of the existing 54-inch gravity sanitary sewer main with approximately 2,250 LF of a large diameter (60-inch) sewer installation, and the installation of 26,750 LF of a large diameter (90-inch) sewer. TRG performed QL “B” SUE services by designating existing underground utilities within a 100’ radius of each of the ten proposed shaft sites. The scope also included mapping utilities within the proposed open cut areas. TRG excavated approximately 80 QL “A” SUE test holes to locate the vertical and horizontal position of existing utilities at potential conflict locations.
